Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, ever.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything you need. After that, it's permanently deleted from our servers — we don't hold your data hostage.

Do you store my encryption keys?

On Starter and Business plans, encryption keys are managed by Vaultik using AES-256. On Enterprise, you can bring your own keys (CMEK) — meaning Vaultik never has access to them. Zero-knowledge by design.

What counts as a "connected source"?

A source is any app or integration you connect to Vaultik — for example, one GitHub organization, one Notion workspace, or one Gmail account each count as one source. If you need more, you can upgrade or contact us for a custom plan.

Is the free plan really free? No credit card needed?

Completely free, forever, up to 3 sources and 50 GB. No credit card required to sign up. We'll let you know when you're approaching your limits so you can decide if you want to scale up.

How does the annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of your subscription year. You save 20% compared to monthly billing. Your 30-day money-back guarantee still applies from day one.

Do you support GDPR and HIPAA compliance?

Yes. Business and Enterprise plans include automated compliance report generation for GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2. Enterprise customers can also choose their data residency region (EU-only, US-only, or distributed).

Can I try Business before committing?

Absolutely. The Business plan comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to every Business feature from day one of your trial.
